The City of Rio Rancho is participating in The National Citizen Survey, a survey tool measuring eight aspects of community livability. Between October 1, 2015 and November 12, 2015 a random sample of 2,200 Rio Rancho households were surveyed and asked to provide feedback on the quality and usefulness of City services. Results from this survey will be available in December 2015.
From November 16, 2015 until December 14, 2015, residents who were not part of the random sample will have the opportunity to take the survey online by visiting www.n-r-c.com/survey/riorancho2015survey.htm. This data will not be factored into the survey results from the households randomly selected.
Making the survey available online gives all residents a chance to weigh in and provide additional feedback about their quality of life, services, and service delivery, as well as indicate their support for community issues. These results can serve to provide Rio Rancho’s leadership additional insight into residents’ opinions and help formulate a plan that serves the community’s needs for the future. The National Research Center will analyze and compile the results from these responses by December 21, 2015. All responses are confidential.
