The City of Rio Rancho is seeking applicants for Economic Development & Business Relations Manager.

The Economic Development & Business Relations Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and administering the City’s economic development programs including planning and performing professional and community economic development activities and initiatives. This includes the areas of business retention and expansion, strategic planning, marketing/business attraction, economic development, small business and entrepreneurship development, community and real estate development, and workforce development initiatives that generate economic growth and impact in the City of Rio Rancho.The primary area of responsibility is Economic Development/Business Relations. This requires coordination and interaction with state, regional and local economic development organizations.

Director of Utility Operations 

 
The City of Rio Rancho is seeking applicants for Director of Utility Operations.

The Director of Utility Operations is a member of the City of Rio Rancho's senior management team and is responsible for the oversight of the Utilities Customer Service Division, managing the City's Water/Wastewater System, insuring a safe and efficient operation. Position is responsible for management of quality customer service, the utility enterprise fund, financing capital projects, long term planning of water and wastewater utilities, water rights management and acquisition, and oversight of the utilities' contractors.

City Attorney  
  
The City of Rio Rancho is seeking applicants for City Attorney. 

The City Attorney is Chief legal counsel to the Mayor, Governing Body, City Manager, all City departments, offices, boards, commissions and committees.  Represents the City in all legal proceedings before city, state and federal courts and agencies.  As Department Director of the Office of the City Attorney, supervises and directs department staff in carrying out all advisor, civil and criminal duties of the City.  Responsible to the City Manager in day-to-day legal affairs of the City.  Works directly with Mayor, Governing Body and City Manager on all matters of concern to the City.
