Impact Fees
On November 9, 2016, the Governing Body approved the formation of an Impact Fees Special Committee.

The Special Committee is tasked with gathering relevant information on Impact Fees and related topics in order to provide a minimum of two recommendations for Impact Fees to the Governing Body.

The Special Committee's recommendations (a minimum of two) to the Governing Body will be submitted no later than February 7, 2017.

Special Committee Membership

The Impact Fees Special Committee is comprised of members and operates pursuant to Section 4.3 Special Committees of the Governing Body Rules of Procedure.

From November 30, 2016 through the first week of February 2017, regular meetings will be held on Wednesdays at 1 p.m. at Rio Rancho City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Circle.

*The December 28, 2016 meeting was canceled.

*The January 11, 2017 meeting was canceled.

All meetings of the Special Committee will be open to the public.
