The City of Rio Rancho Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department offers a wide array of youth sports programs; The programs are offered at different times throughout the year. Rio Rancho Youth NFL Flag Football League

Girls and boys can play in the Youth Flag Football League, even if they have never played football before. This league provides the basics of football in a structured, non-contact, and safe environment. Games emphasize basic football skills such as passing, catching, defending, and running.
