What is the Comprehensive Plan?
The Comprehensive Plan is, essentially, the development policy for the City. This means that the Comprehensive Plan is a compilation of policies on how the City should develop, including the types of development and how the various types of development will interact. Comprehensive Plans should be updated every 5 to 10 years, as population grows.
