Finance Reports and statements of economic interest

Each Rio Rancho elected official, in a non-election year, and in an election year when the public official is not a candidate, shall file a biannual report every 2nd Tuesday in July and December by 5:00 p.m. The report shall include any and all contributions received and expenditures made prior to the filing date, and not previously reported - Subsection H of 30.28 R.O. 2003

  • This form shall be filed for a reporting period in which neither contributions or expenditures exceed two hundred and fifty dollars ($250).
• Statement of No Activity
  • This form shall be filed when an elected official has not received contributions or made expenditures for any given reporting period.
