Short-term Rentals


On October 10, 2024, the Governing Body approved a Short-Term Rental Ordinance that goes into effect on July 1, 2025. The Ordinance establishes standards and procedures for the issuance of a permit to operate short-term rental units within the City. The Development Services Department will be responsible for issuing permits, conducting inspections, and enforcing short-term rental regulations. The short-term rental permit application will be available beginning May 15, 2025, with approved permits becoming effective July 1, 2025.
