Biographical Information
Councilor List has performed school social work at Cleveland High School since 2014.
Councilor List holds a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and a bachelor of science in family studies from the University of New Mexico

Councilor List was appointed by Mayor Gregg Hull and confirmed by the Governing Body to fill the vacant District 6 Council seat on August 10, 2023.
Councilor List was elected, via a runoff election, in April 2024 to a four-year term.
The next election for the District 6 City Councilor seat is March 2028. Rio Rancho Governing Body members are elected in non-partisan elections.
