Management Policies, Procedures, Systems & Records

Working with management and the City Attorney’s Office, HR takes a lead role in developing, communicating, administering and providing interpretation, advice and guidance concerning the City’s various work-related policies, procedures and systems. HR also provides administrative and staff support to the Personnel Board.

HR maintains all information relating to an employee’s work relationship with the City of Rio Rancho on its HR records, ensuring that records are maintained confidentially and in compliance with all laws and regulations.
