If you are interested in reserving a rental you must fill out the Rental Application and return it via email to email@example.com or in person to The HUB at 7845 Enchanted Hills Blvd. NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144. A Special Events Permit will also need to be submitted if you are hosting an event that is classified as a "special event". For more information please call 505-891-5025.
All requests must be submitted at least four working weeks prior to the date of the event. You will be contacted within 3 business days of submitting the application by an employee of The HUB Community Center staff.
- Clean up fee: $200 if you do not want to clean up after your rental.
- A cancellation fee will be accessed if you cancel rental with less than a weeks notice.
- Additional chairs and tables can be rented for a nominal fee.
