Registering as a vendor with the City of Rio Rancho does not automatically guarantee that the City will purchase goods or services.
Once all required paperwork has been processed, a purchase order will be issued to you by email to confirm all program details.

A “part-time artist” is defined as an individual who engages in creative practices in the arts—such as fine arts (including but not limited to painting, sculpture, and illustration), performing arts (including but not limited to musicians and stage performers), new media/technology arts (including but not limited to graphic design, 3D printing/sculpting), craft artists (including but not limited to ceramics, textiles, and woodwork), and writers or authors —on a non-full-time basis whose income from sales of his or her artwork in the prior taxable year did not exceed one thousand dollars $1,000.
