Mariposa PID

Overview

The Mariposa Public Improvement District was established in 2006 by Resolution No. 12 (Enactment No. 06-014), for the purpose of financing a water supply system and waste water treatment facility. The District encompasses approximately 1,465 acres of land, initially planned as a custom home and estate community with approximately 1,650 dwelling units, 30,492 square feet of office space and 69,696 square feet of commercial space. Due to market demands and other outside factors, the District has transitioned to a more traditional neighborhood.
