Lomas Encantadas/Enchanted Hills PID

Overview

The Lomas Encantadas/Enchanted Hills Public Improvement District was established in 2016 by Resolution No. 54 (Enactment No. 16-54), for the purpose of financing sanitary sewer, water, drainage, park and trail improvements, including landscaping, grading, and various soft costs associated with the Lomas Encantadas/Enchanted Hills subdivision. The District encompasses approximately 357 acres of land, with 320 acres within the Lomas Encantadas subdivision and 37 acres within the Enchanted Hills subdivision. The PID is anticipated to include 1,037 residential dwelling units. The Lomas Encantadas PID Project is a portion of the 800 acre master-planned community referred to as the Lomas Encantadas subdivision.

Boundaries

The Lomas Encantadas District is generally bounded on the north and east by the Enchanted Hills subdivision, on the west by Rio Rancho Estates Unit 20, and on the south by the Venada Arroyo. The Enchanted Hills PID Project is generally located in the northwesterly portion of the 2,000 acre Enchanted Hills development and is generally bounded on the north by US 550, on the west by Rio Rancho Estates Unit 20 and the south and east by Enchanted Hills Unit 11A.
