The Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Program provides assistance to industrial and commercial users to minimize the discharge of harmful pollutants into the wastewater system that could negatively impact operations. All commercial food service contributors must install and maintain a grease trap or interceptor. Inspections are performed on a routine basis for, but no limited to, restaurants, schools and gas stations. Part of the FOG program is to educate the community in the classroom setting.
