Responsibilities
The Administrative and Impact Fee Services Division has oversight of the Department administrative personnel, implementing new software and maintaining updates, reviewing and processing impact fee assignment letters and reviewing impact fee invoices, tracking subdivision and infrastructure bonds, escrows and completing all applicable and required reporting forms. This Division works with other Development Services Department Divisions to ensure timely processing of requests, applications, acceptance of infrastructure, and issuances of Impact Fee Credits.
